Full Revenue Cycle Management For Independent Practices.

Many denials are decided before a claim is ever sent: a wrong member ID, coverage that ended, an authorization nobody requested. Full RCM puts the front end, the coding and the follow-up with one team, so problems can be caught where they start.

Denials Start At The Front Desk.

These are the denials that billing alone cannot fix after the fact. Full RCM moves the checks before the visit.

Claims Checked Before They Leave.

Between the visit and the payer, a claim passes coding, charge entry and payer edits. Rejections here are fast to fix; denials later are slow.

Coding From The Record

Procedure and diagnosis codes assigned from your clinicians' notes, with questions sent back when the record is unclear.

Charges Entered Promptly

The longer charges sit, the closer they get to filing limits and the harder questions are to answer. We work from completed records as they arrive.

Payer Edits Applied

Claims are checked against national code-pair and unit edits and payer-specific rules before submission.

RejectionThe clearinghouse or payer refuses the claim at the door, usually for a data error. Fixed and resent quickly.
DenialThe payer processed the claim and refused payment. Needs a correction, records or an appeal, and takes longer.

Every Payment Posted, Every Denial Read.

Payer remittances explain every adjustment and denial with standard reason codes. We read them, post them and act on them.

Payment Posting

From electronic remittances and paper EOBs, so balances in your system reflect what the payer sent.

Reason Codes Read

Adjustment and remark codes decide the next step: correct, send records, appeal or close.

A/R By Age And Value

Open claims followed up in order of filing deadlines, age and amount.

Secondary And Patient

Secondary claims sent after the primary pays; patient statements for what remains.

The Numbers We Review With You.

Your monthly Excel report shows billed and recovered amounts, appeals, denials and net collection rate, plus broader revenue analysis with Full RCM. Your account manager walks through it with you.

Net collection rate compares what was collected with what could be collected under your contracts: payments divided by charges after contractual adjustments. It shows how much collectible revenue was actually brought in.

Questions Before You Decide.

What Does Full RCM Add To Medical Billing?

Registration support, eligibility checks, prior authorization, coding, credentialing and revenue analysis, on top of claims, posting, denials, A/R follow-up and patient statements.

Do We Have To Change Our EHR Or Practice Management System?

No. We work in your existing systems with access your practice approves.

How Quickly Are Eligibility Checks Done?

Close to the date of service, so changes in coverage are caught before the visit. We agree on the timing with your front desk during onboarding.

Who Handles Prior Authorizations?

We do. Your clinicians supply the clinical information the payer needs.

How Do Fees Work?

A percentage of the insurance payments we collect that reach your account, with no fee on patient payments. Your rate is set in a written quote.
