Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Effective October 25, 2026
This policy explains how OneBill RCM (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through onebillrcm.com (the “website”). It covers the website only. Patient information that we handle for clients is governed by our client agreements and Business Associate Agreements, not by this policy.
Please Keep Patient Information Out Of This Website
Our forms are for practice and business contact details only. Please do not send patient names, dates of birth, medical records, insurance details or any other patient information through the website or by email before a Business Associate Agreement is signed.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a discovery call or send us a message, we collect:
- your name and work email address
- your practice or business name
- your phone number, if you choose to share it
- the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message
- the page of the website you sent the form from
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. This is used to run the website, keep it working and protect it from misuse.
Cookies. The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own website rather than from third-party services. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How We Use Your Information
- to reply to your request or message and arrange a discovery call
- to prepare a written quote or proposal you ask for
- to keep a record of our conversations with your practice
- to operate, maintain and protect the website
- to meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who We Share It With
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our website hosting, email and data storage providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal requirements, when we are required to by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- Business changes, if OneBill RCM is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. Copies of form submissions held in our website storage are deleted automatically after 180 days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights under that state’s law. To make a request, email info@onebillrcm.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Keeping Information Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email transmission is completely secure, which is one more reason to keep patient information out of website forms and emails.
Children
The website is intended for healthcare practices and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If the website links to another website, that website’s own privacy policy applies when you visit it.
