Request A Discovery Call

Request A Discovery Call.

Tell us about your practice and where billing gets stuck. We will walk through your scope, fees and next steps, with no commitment.

  • BAA signed before any patient-data access
  • Your rate and scope in a written quote
  • Keep your existing EHR
  • Month-to-month with 30 days' notice

Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time. Prefer to start with a review of your current billing? See The Billing Audit.

Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical records, insurance details or other patient information.

We use your details only to reply to your request. See our Privacy Policy.

What We Cover On The Call.

A practical conversation about your billing, not a sales pitch. You leave knowing what we would do and how your quote will be set.

1

Your Practice

Specialties, providers, locations and the payers you bill, so we understand the work before we price it.

2

Your Systems

Your EHR or practice management system and clearinghouse. You keep your existing software.

3

Your Scope

What stays with your team and what we handle: Medical Billing, Full RCM, coding, credentialing or older A/R.

4

Your Quote

Your rate and scope in a written quote. No setup fee, no monthly minimum and month-to-month terms with 30 days' notice.

What Happens After The Call.

1

Business Associate Agreement

If you decide to go ahead, we sign a BAA before anyone on our team sees patient data.

2

Approved Access

Your practice approves our access to your systems, with role-based access for our team.

3

Audit And Findings

We review your current billing and share what we find and what we would fix first.

4

Onboarding

We agree on a cutover date and start working claims in your existing systems.

See every step in detail on How We Work.

Helpful To Have On Hand.

None of this is required to book, but it makes the first call far more useful.

Keep patient information out. Please do not share patient names, dates of birth, records or insurance details in the form or before a Business Associate Agreement is signed.

  • Your specialties, number of providers and locations, and the states you serve
  • Rough monthly claim volume and your main payers, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Your EHR or practice management system and clearinghouse
  • A summary A/R aging report, if you have one, with no patient details
  • The denials you keep seeing, slow payers or staffing gaps
  • The work your team wants to keep doing in-house

Questions Before You Book.

Is There Any Commitment?

No. The call is a conversation about your billing and our fit. You decide afterwards whether to request a quote or an audit.

Do We Need To Share Patient Information?

No. We only need summary figures, such as claim volume and A/R totals. Patient data is shared only after a Business Associate Agreement is signed and access is approved.

Do We Have To Change Our EHR?

No. We work inside the systems your practice already uses.

How Is Pricing Decided?

Your rate depends on your collection volume and the service you choose, not your specialty. We confirm it in a written quote after the call.

Can We Start With An Audit Instead?

Yes. Tell us on the call and we explain the audit terms before it begins. The audit gives you a written review of coding, claims, denials and process gaps before you decide anything else.
